which he visited, from December, 1708, to May, 1709; preceded by a description of Denmark by Angelo Ranuzzi, Nuncio in Poland (afterwards Cardinal), written in 1656. The arms of Frederic IV. are prefixed, with drawings of three gold medals presented by the King to Angelo, son of Count Ferdinando Vincenzo Ranuzzi, and to the Marquis Francesco Maria Monti, f. 2 ;-"Lettera scritta ad un Cavaliere, colla descrizione delle feste, che ha fatte in Dresda la Maestà del Rè Augusto, per la Maestà di Federico IV. Rè di Danimarca ; from 25 May to 29 June, 1709. f. 219;- Letter from Frederic IV. to the Grand Duke of Tuscany; dat. Fredericksburg, 2 Aug. 1709, Lat. (two copies), ff. 237,238;-" Gli Amori di Leandro e d'Ero, da Museo; consecrati alla Maestà del Rè di Danimarca; dati alla luce per la diligenza del Cavagliere Milleran di Saumur," etc. Prefixed is a Letter of the Chevalier Milleran, respecting Baron Walter, Danish Councillor of State, the author of the translation; dat. Venice, 25 Jan. 1709, f. 239;- "Regatta nel Canal Grande di Venezia, di iv. Marzo, MDCCIX., ed altre feste solennizate nella venuta di Federico IV., Rè di Danimarca, in questa metropoli; publicate dal P. Cosmografo [Vincenzio] Coronelli: copia dagli Originali del Padre Coronelli, essistenti Dell' Academia Cosmografica degli Argonauti ;" represented in a series of engravings, together with the portrait and arms of Frederic IV., f. 255.
