There are two colophons on ff 49r and 165r-v. Dates are given in Arabic numbers and Coptic Epact numbers. The copy was issued on behalf of the deacon and noble (arkhon) Bū ṣaf ibn al-Shaykh al-ajl al-dīn al-Ortodoksī al-muʿallim Elias al-Barmāwī (colophons transcribed in Cureton and Rieu, Catalogus [Supp.], 794, p. 354). The date provided is 1512 AM (1796 CE).

Ink: Black ink, with rubricated headings in red and sometimes in silver.

Catch words: In the Coptic text, in lower margin, right corner of the verso.
