They consist of Dockyard and Victualling Office reports and estimates, and other naval statistics, and official copies of memorials, etc.; with a table of contents at the beginning. Included are original letters from 1. Jos. Duckett to Thos. Harley; 8 Aug. 1711, f. 94.

2. Charles Sergison, Clerk of the Acts of the Navy, to [Robert Harley, lst] Earl of Oxford, Lord High Treasurer; Navy Office, 26 Nov. 1711, f. 96.

3. [Captain] George Breholt to "William Trench Esq., at Young Mans Coffee-house near Charing Cross;" 19 Sept. 1711, f. 118.

4. [Captain] John Breholt to the same; 18 Oct. 1711, f. 120.

5. E. Dummer [described in the table of contents as "the Master of the Paquet Boats"] to "Thomas Harley Esq., at his House in Parke Street;" London, 9 Feb. 1711[2], f. 138.

6. Charles Carkesse [Secretary at the Custom House] to "Rich[ard] Powys Esq.;" 30 Dec. 1713, f. 145. At f. 48 is a report signed by Fra. Masham, Tho. Bere, [Colonel] H.
