At the beginning and end of the volume are three leaves from Service-books, with musical notes, and four leaves of a Service-book with the writing erased, of the 12th century, ff. 1, 2, 157, and ff. 3-6. Vellum; XIIth cent.; with a few later insertions, among which (ff. 153 b, 154) are the dates 1262 and 1385. In a XVth cent. stamped hogskin binding. Small Quarto.
