Miscellaneous estate and other legal papers of the Wentworth family, Barons and (1762) Viscounts Wentworth, and of the related families of Lovelace, Barons Lovelace of Hurley, and Noel, Baronets (1660) of Kirkby Mallory, concerning lands, etc., in London and cos. Leic., Bucks., Bedf., Warw., Oxon, etc.; 1578-early 19th cent. See also Add. Ch. 71823-72119, described pp. 359-361 below. 'The principal individual member of the family concerned is Martha (née Lovelace), wife of Sir Henry Johnson, M.P., of Friston, co. Suff., suo iure Baroness Wentworth of Nettlestead. The names of other individual persons and places will be found in the Index to the present Catalogue. For some account of the family see W. L.
