11/579-580). A transcript of the present MS., made for the Commissioners on the Public Records by George Vanderzee of the King's Remembrancer's Office, and with watermark '1810', is now Add. MS. 6166, ff. 50-138 (cf. Add. MS. 6164, f. 278). Vellum roll; 14 membranes, sewn together at the head as eight. Various lengths, 225 mm. wide. Circ. 1300. Delivered into the Exchequer with seven other rolls by Henry Greystock 'nuper auditor compotorum camere Regis', 27 Jan. 1356 (m. 13b; cf. T. F. Tout, Chapters in ... Administrative History, iv, 1928, pp. 305-306) and was apparently still among the records of the King's Remembrancer's Office circ. 1810, see above. No. 576 in an unidentified 19th-cent. sale (m. 14b), and subsequently acquired by Sir Thomas Phillipps, Bart. (MS. 14006; Sotheby's sale-cat., 11 Nov. 1946, lot 117).
