Written in double columns in several hands of the first half of the 18th cent., and said to have been copied at the expense of the ?2nd Earl of Oxford. Three volumes. The portions transcribed on ff. 1-47 of Vol. I and f. 48 at the word Bacberend have since disappeared from the Bodleian MS. Paper; Large folio. XVIII cent. Presented, 12 Nov. 1762, by the Rev. Edward Lye, who evidently made use of it in his Dictionarium Saxonico et Gothico-Latinum, which was brought out after his death by Owen Manning in 1772. Written at the head of the first leaf of each volume is 'Oxford B H'.
