(1) The 'Summa de matrimonio' of Raymundus de Peñaforte (first printed in Rome in 1603). Imperfect at the beginning as chapters 1-6 are wanting. The text begins in the middle of chapter 7, 'De cognatione spirituali' and ends 'corrigat et emendat'. ff. 2-15.
(2) Tract on legal procedure in ecclesiastical matters, beginning '[Q]uia causarum decisio per iudicium habet terminari'. ff. 15-33.
(3) Form of a power of attorney, dated Stanford, 1254. f. 33.
(4) The Summa 'Ut nos minores', describing canon law procedure in nine stages or 'tempora'. The names in the formulae, where they occur, refer to Paris. Variant forms of this tract may be found in Royal MSS. 11 B. xiv, art. 36, 11 A. xv, art. 3, and Cotton Fragments VI. ff. 34-42b.
