- Binding: Late 18th-century binding of half brown morocco and marbled paper over pasteboard, with gilt-tooled spine.
- Scribes: Written mainly by two Greek hands: (1) ff 1-34, 37-49; (2) ff 50-109.
- Custodial History:
- Owned by Hon. Frederic North, later 5th Earl of Guilford, but lacking his armorial bookplate.
- Source of Acquisition:
- Purchased from R. H. Evans, 8 December 1830, probably as part of lot 24.
