- Binding: British Library brown leather 1971.
- Scribes: Written almost entirely by a single anonymous Greek hand.
- Custodial History:
- Owned by Nikolaos Karatzas (fl. 1730-1784), logothete of the Patriarch of Constantinople, who supplied the title (f 1) and table of contents (ff 2-4v). Armorial bookplate of the Hon. Frederic North, later 5th Earl of Guilford, inscribed in ink 'No 419' (listed as such in the catalogue of Guilford's Greek books, Add MS 16572, f 46). '509' and 'u.a.L/10/A' in pencil at top of former front pastedown. '419' in pencil at the foot of f 1.
