- Dimensions: 198 x 150 mm; 15 lines to a page.
- Scribal features: Written by a single Greek hand. The glossary is written in two columns, the first of which gives a Turkish word, written in Greek characters, and the second its Greek equivalent in the De Materia Medica. f i ἀβ - βεϊταρίδης: πεϊταρ (written by the manuscript’s scribe) and another note possibly in Karamanlidika, written by another hand.
