- Binding: Full leather binding of blind-tooled brown calf, with the Crucifixion at the centre of both covers, contemporary.
- Custodial History:
- The present manuscript was compiled by Nikolaos Karatzas (fl. 1730-1784), logothete of the Patriarch of Constantinople. Armorial bookplate of the Hon. Frederic North, later 5th Earl of Guilford, inscribed in ink 'No 454' (listed as such in the catalogue of Guilford's Greek books, Add MS 16572, f 50). '849' and 'u.a.L/1/A' in pencil at top of first flyleaf (f i). '292' in pencil at top of front pastedown.
