Ruling: 85 x 55 mm; 18 lines per page.
Scribal features: Decorated headings introduce every section of the manuscript.
Binding: Half brown leather and wooden binding. The pages were trimmed for binding, as in f 4r, where, at the top line of a cross was written: ἰ(η)σ(ους) χ(ριστο)ς (now lost) and only νικᾷ remains.
Scribes: At the top of f 2r: Ἰοανης (somewhat faint) + Ἀντηοχος + Ἀντηοχος. f 2v: + ἀνέγνωσεν τὸ βίβλιων ουτό Ἰωανῆς ὁ Ἁντήοχος ὅσστης ἐγείνατο καλόγερος ἐν τῇ μόνῃ οὔτη. f 244: σοσον τας ψ(υχ)ας ημων. + Ἀνέοξαι τω βιβλίον ουτο Ἰωάννης Ἀντίοχος. f 245. Μηνὶ Αὐγούστῳ ιθ΄.
