- Scribes: f 33v: γράμματα ἔγραψε γραφίδι τεχνικὸς ἔγραψε κάτεχε μὲ τριον ἄσχολον ἅπασι σθεναρὸς ἰσάκις ἀσπίδι ὀμαλὸν φέριστος; various annotations, with both black and red ink up to f 99v.

- The manuscript was owned at some stage by the Dionysiou Monastery on Mount Athos (f 6v): ἡ παροῦσα βίβλος ὑπάρχει τῆς μονῆς τοῦ κυρίου Διονυσίου
