Binding: Full goat 'alla greca' leather binding.
Scribes: One principal scribe, perhaps to be identified as Antonios Episkopopoulos (Ἀντώνιος Ἐπισκοπόπουλος, Repertorium 1A, no. 24) (ff 8-32, 39-100v, 101-144). Andreas Donos (Ἀνδρέας Δῶνος, Repertorium 1A, no. 14). Later additions by Nikolaos Karatzas (ff 1-2v, 3-7v, 33, 34v-38v, 144v-147v).

Custodial History:

Ex libris f 144: ἐκ τῶν βιβλίων Διαμεντίου τοῦ Θεοφυλάκτου ἐκ τῶν φίλων καὶ τῆς τύχης. Later hand added τανῦν δὲ Ἰωάννου Καρυοφύλλου. Armorial bookplate of the Hon. Frederic North, later 5th Earl of Guilford, inscribed in ink 'No 266'.
