- Scribes: Valeriano Albini (Οὐαλεριανὸς Ἀλβίνου, Repertorium 1A, no. 336). f 141 written in red ink: Ὁ Οὐαλεριᾶνος Φορολιβιεὺς ὁ Ἁλβίνου κανόνικος ἔγραψε ἐν τῷ τοῦ ἁγίου Ἀντωνίου μοναστηρίῳ Ἐνετῆσι ἔτει τῷ ἀπὸ τῆς Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν, ᾳφμα', ἐσχάτῃ δεκεμβρίου,.

- Written at the Monastery of St Antony, Venice, 31 December 1541. Belonged to Guillaume Pélicier; Claude Naulot (f 141v Ἔτει Χριστοῦ Σωτῆρος ᾳφογ' τήνδε τὴν βίβλον ἀνέγνω Κλαύδιος Ὁ Ναυλωτης κοιλαδεὺς Ἀναλλλωναῖος ἐκ τῆς τῶν Αιδούων διοικήσεως: Anno Christi Servatoris 1573 Hunc regens agnoscit Librum Claudius Naulotus Vallensis Anallonaus ex Haduorum Diocesi); Paris, Jesuit Collège de Clermont, Paris (f 2: Colleg. Clarom. Paris. Soc. Jesu Paraphé au désir de l' arrest du 5 juillet 1763. Mesnil; almost the same note is found in Add MS 6790); Gerard Meerman; Johan Meerman (son of Gerard Meerman); Richard Heber. Unfoliated 5th folio from the beginning MC 154 (written in gold), possibly an ex-libris.
