- Dimensions: 310 x 205 mm.
- Ruling: 225 x 150 mm; 29 lines per page, similar to LeRoy 32D1q.
- Binding: Full goat leather binding, 20th century.
- Scribes: One scribe writing liturgical script, appropriate for reading in a monastery or church.

- Armorial bookplate of the Hon. Frederic North, later 5th Earl of Guilford.
