- Inscription f 40v: Θεοῦ τὸ δῶρον καὶ Ἰωάννου ἱερέως Kυνηγοῦ κόπος, followed by a drawing of the monastic schema with the relevant abbreviations. Τέρμα εἴληφεν ἡ παροῦσα ἑορτή ᾳφϞζ΄ ω, Ἰουνίῳ γ΄, ἰνδι(κτιῶνος) θ΄ ἐκ χειρῶν αἰσχρῶν, καὶ εὐτελεῖ νοΐ, Ἰωάννου θύτου, τοῦ ἐπίκλην Κυνηγοῦ /, καὶ ἐφιερώθη εἰς τὸν ναὸν τοῦ ὁσίου πατρὸς Ὀνουφρίου, λεγόμενον Πετρό/κοψις, ἔτι καὶ εἰς τὸν ναὸν τοῦ μεγαλομάρτυρος Γεωργίου κραζόμενον / τῆς Βόλτας. Ὑπάρχει δὲ τοῦ εὐλαβοῦς ἱερέως Φραγκίσκου Ματζαμᾶ,/ καὶ ὃς αὐτὴν ἁρπάσῃ ἔστω ἀφορισμένος ἐκ τῆς ζωαρχικῆς/ τριάδος, ἐκ τῶν σεπτῶν ζ΄ συνόδων, τοῦ ὁσίου/ καὶ πάντων τῶν ἁγίων καὶ τῆς θεοτόκου, κληρονομήσει τὰς/ ἀρὰς, σὺν τῷ ἀναθέματι, καὶ τὴν ἀρὰν/ ἡμῶν τῶν ἄνωθεν β' ἱερέων, τοῦ πονήσαντος καὶ τοῦ ἔχοντος. Ἀμήν. Τέλος.
