- Foliation: ff (ii) + 268.
- Dimensions: 187 x 133 mm.
- Ruling: 121 x 65 mm; written in 1 column, 26 lines per column.
- Binding: Full goat black leather binding, Byzantine style, contemporary with the manuscript. Blind decoration on the boards, no square brass catch pins on the fore edge of the front board, boards with grooved edges, remains of silk straps on the inside of the back board.
- Custodial History:
- According to the 1838 sale catalogue, procured from the Library of the Bishop of Philippi at the foot of Mount Lebanon.
