- Binding: Full leather binding; rich gold tooled decoration on the boards, gilded title and shelfmark on the spine, gilded and goffrated edges.
- Scribes: Written by the monk Matthaios (Mureon) (Ματθαῖος [Μυρέων], Repertorium 1A, no 271) in Moscow, 29 July 1596: f 330v ἐτελειώθη τὸ παρὸν βιβλίον διὰ χειρὸς Ματθαίου ἱερομονάχου κ(αὶ) πρωτοσυγκέλλου τ(ῆς) Μεγάλης Ἐκκλησίας, ἐν τῇ θεοσώστῳ πόλει Μοσχοβίᾳ τ(ῆς) Μεγάλης Ῥωσίας ἐπὶ τῶν ἡμερῶν τοῦ ἁγίου βασιλέως ἡμῶν κ(αὶ) αὐτοκράτορος κυρίου Θεοδώρου Ἰαννοβήτζη ἐν ἔτει ͵ζρδ' Ἰουλλίῳ κθ', (ἰ)ν(δικτιῶνος) θ'. θύτης μοναχὸς ἁμαρτωλὸς ματθαῖος, ἔγραψε ταύτην τὴν θεόπνευστον βίβλον.
