Foliation: ff (iii) + 193 + (iii); quire numbering of eight α'-κγ'.
Dimensions: 290 x 300 mm.
Ruling: 205 x132 mm; 30 lines per page.
Binding: Full purple goat leather binding, Byzantine style, contemporary with the manuscript. Wooden boards; gilded title and shelfmark on the spine and rich blind tooled decoration on the boards, evidence of lost fastening, two metal pins mark on the grooved fore edge of the front board and remains of removed triple laced leather straps on the back board.
Scribes: Athanasios Hexedaktulos (Ἀθανάσιος Ἑξεδάκτυλος, Repertorium 1A, no. 7). f 169v. ἐτελειώθη ἡ παρὸν δέλτος διὰ συνεργείας καὶ μισθαποδωσίας καὶ ἐξόδου καὶ πόθου πολλοῦ / τοῦ εὐγενεστάτου, ἐντιμωτάτου, ἐνδοξωτάτου πανεκλαμπρωτάτου γραμματικοῦ τοῦ / ὅλου ὁρίου πόλεως μεθώνης κυροῦ Ἰωάννου, γραφὲν δὲ τῇ ἐμῇ χειρὶ ἀθα/νασίου τοῦ ἁμαρτωλοῦ τάχα δὲ καὶ ἀναξίου γραφέως τῇ ἐπωνυμίᾳ ἔ/χων Ἑξεδάκτιλ(ος) , ἐγράφη γοῦν ἐπὶ ἔτους ͵ς Ϡ με', ἰνδ. ἐν μη/νὶ ἰουνίῳ ἐννάτῃ, ἡμέρᾳ σαββάτῳ, καὶ οἱ μέλλοντες θεωρεῖν καὶ ἀναγινώσκειν τὴν πα/ροῦσαν δέλτον εὔχεσθαί μοι διὰ τὸν κύριον καὶ μὴ καταράσθε ὅτι ὥσπερ/ οὐδὲν ἐστὶν .ἄνθρωπος διχῶς ἁμαρτίας, οὐδὲ ἡ παροῦσα δέλτος δίχως σφαλ/μάτων, σωθῆ ὁ γράψας, ἐλεήθη ὁ ἔχων.
