RELEASE by Sir John Buckworth, Bart., of Richmond, co. Surr., and John Wood of Richmond, to John Dubois of London, merchant, of a piece of ground on which formerly stood a large messuage or inn known as the ‘Blew Bell Inn’ in Grays Inn Lane in the parish of St Andrew, Holborn, co. Midd.; 27 Aug. 1702. Attached to the deed, and stamped, is a large vellum plan, in ink and wash, of the properties. Purchased from J. L. M. Gulley, 25 May 1999.
