Including a ground plan, and (76982 B) a printed Ordnance Survey map of Coleman Street Ward, City of London, circa 1920, annotated by the 6th Marquess of Lansdowne to show the areas referred to in the lease.
Three sheets of vellum. Signed by Warcupp, Petty, John Graunt, John Martin, John Cade, William Marsh, Bethiah Abbott, John Chapman and Sir Robert Clayton, with seals.
