Kent, the Honour of Eye with its numerous dependent bailiwicks, co. Suff., etc., in trust for the better support and augmentation of the jointure of Queen Mary, during her life; and of the reversion of the jointure-trust of the Queen Dowager Catharine, to the same uses; and after the life of Q. Mary in trust for the King and his heirs. Dated, Westminster, 28 Aug., 1 Jas. II. [1685]. Lat. Five membranes of parchment, with water-colour portrait of the King and borders ornamented with coloured shields of arms and crests, set in gilded sprays of foliage. Fragment of the Great Seal.
