Letters patent granting to Richard Cuppere houses and lands formerly belonging to the dissolved monasteries of Wigmore, co. Heref., and Evesham, co. Worc., situated in Ludlow, co. Salop, and the parishes of All Saints and St. Lawrence in Evesham, 28 Nov. 1544. Ornamental pen-work at the top, with a portrait of the King enthroned within the initial. Fragment of 3rd Great Seal. (See Letters and Papers, Foreign and Domestic, Hen. VIII, xix, pt. ii, no. 690 (64).) Presented by Mrs. Cotton, in the name of her late husband, Capt. F. Cotton.
