A colophon on ff 126r-v has been copied from an earlier manuscript: Ἐτελειώθη σὺν θεῷ ἡ ἅπασα ἀκολουθία τοῦ ἐν ἁγίοις πατρὸς ἡμῶν Σάβα. διὰ χειρὸς μὲν ἐμοῦ Νικήτα ἱερέω καὶ συγκέλλου. συνδρομῆς δὲ καὶ πόθου πολλού τού ἁγιωτάτου πατριάρχου Ἀλεξανδρείας κυροὺ Σάβα. μηνὶ αὐγούστῳ....ἰνδικτιπωνος ἐννάτης ,σχκδ ἔτους [1116].
