Foliation: ff 189. Four unfoliated modern paper flyleaves at the beginning and four at the end.
Dimensions: 170 x 125 mm.
Ruling: 145 x 80 mm, 21 lines per page.
Binding: Full leather binding. Rebound in the 19th century, but leather of previous boards onlaid (gilt-tooled, with the Crucifixion at the centre, and emblems of the evangelists).
Scribe: Ματθαῖος (Repertorium, 1A, no. 272), f 33r.
Decoration: Illuminated head-pieces and initials.
