Ruling: 205 x 70 mm, written in two columns, 23 lines per column. So-called "Barocci Ruling System".
Scribal features: Decorative headings introduce each work.
Binding: Brown leather binding with gold tooling.
Scribe: Νήφων (Repertorium 1A, 297); f 219v ἐγρά(φη) χειρὶ Νήφωνος εὐτελοῦς καὶ ἁμαρτ(ω)λ(οῦ) μοναχοῦ μηνὶ Ἀπριλλ(ίῳ) ἰνδ(ικτιῶνος) ζ’ ἔτ(ους) ςχξζ΄= 1159.
On f 68v a later hand added the year 1698: +ἔτος 1698.

Presumably inscribed with the Greek word for 'bound to', which is often used in monastic contexts of books being part of a collection. In Askew's catalogue the present MS is described as 'Ex Monte Atho ductus'.
Owned by Anthony Askew (1722-1774). Purchased at Askew's sale, 15 March 1785, lot 623.
