Prefixed, f. 1b, is a table of Epistles and Gospels, written on thicker vellum in a German 15th cent. hand and at foot of f. 23b are four lines from the Graecismus of Eberhardus Bethuniensis (ed. Wrobel, 1887, cap. x, ll. 248-251).
Vellum; ff. i + 390. 5¾ in. x 37/8 in. XIII cent. Written in Italy in a very small hand, on thin vellum, with 101 coloured initials, of which 34 are historiated, very well executed in Italian style. Sec. fol. '[uo]-luntatem suam.' On f. 390b is an erased note of ownership, 'Ista biblia est fratris Johannis … ' German (?) 16th cent. binding of wooden boards covered with dark brown leather, stamped (the impression almost effaced).
