Material: Parchment and paper.
Foliation: ff ii + 151. ff 119-121, 126-134, 136-140, and 144-148 are paper leaves added later to replace lost parchment leaves. Two unfoliated paper flyleaves at the beginning and three at the end.
Dimensions: 255 x 205 mm.
Ruling: 195 x 70 mm, written in two columns, 26 lines per column.
Binding: Half black, British Museum, 20th century. Old 18th-century binding, of dark brown leather with a gilt-stamped floral design in the centre, is kept separately under Add MS 40754/1.
Decoration: Illuminated headpieces and initials in colours throughout.
Scribe: Γεώργιος (Σουδαρία), Repertorium 1A, no. 76 (ff 1r-118v, 122r-125v, 135r-v, 141r-143v, 149r-151v): colophon, f 151r.

Diamantake from the Convent of the Nine Orders near Constantinople, owned in the 18th(?) century: ownership inscription (f i recto).
Acquired by Charalambos Tsimaratos Gennatas from Dionysius Pharantatus, from the deme Thenia, in 1853: ownership inscription (f ii recto).
