Material: Paper.
Foliation: ff 328. Two unfoliated modern paper flyleaves at the beginning and three at the end. At ff 178, 286, and 297, missing leaves have been supplied in a later hand.
Collation: Quires of 12 leaves.
Dimensions: 195 x 135 mm.
Ruling: 145 x 90 mm, 26 lines per page.
Binding: Red leather, 17th century. A later gilt-stamped figure of an angel or evangelist, impressed awry within the top left-hand corner of the outer panel, appears to represent a bungled and abandoned design. (An image of this taken under raking light can be seen on Digitised Manuscripts as f vi recto). On the back between four stamped gold bands of ornament, three blind-stamped devices.
Decoration: Initials and headings in red.
