The collection contains the digital images of one Deed Book and one Will Book belonging to the Registrar's Office. The original records were created as part of the legal records of the Registrar for the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court House, Saint Vincent, after the British assumed control of that island after the end of the Seven Years' War in 1763.

- Material in this collection was created as part of the EAP345 endangered archives of St Vincent project, with the permission of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court House, Kingstown, Saint Vincent.
- Appraisal:
- The full series of Deed Books numbers fifty- one volumes covering the period from the 1770s to the 1830s. The digitised Book of Wills is the second of three volumes of Wills covering 1800-1815 that survive in the repository. The project decided to copy one deed book and one will book as a sample of the total material because the resources to digitise all material were not available.

- EAP345 was funded by the Endangered Archives Programme. It surveyed and created digital copies of records held at the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court House. The records were compiled by the Registrar's Department of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court House, Kingstown, Saint Vincent.
