Mostly 9 lines per page; black, brown and red ink, in a variety of hands; some pages with text frames of ruled black-red-black lines. 112 ff.; cream Italian paper with chainlines, watermarked ‘… Galvani / …denone’ (f.108), i.e. ‘Andreas Galvani Pordenone’. Decorated single headpiece in red, black and reserved white on f.44v.

Binding: Red cloth stitched binding, with a loose leather cover, inscribed in red inside: surat Abdullah anak Abdul Rashid Tanoh Abee.
