Draft documents created in preparation of decree number 1,216. In 1958 the Bulgarian government provided measures against the nomadism of gypsies, offering support and privileges in ensuring housing, employment, education, etc. of those who settle and will continue the nomadic way of life
Original material: drafts of text of decrees, written on typewriter, probably third copy on India paper, poor quality writing that’s difficult to see. The pages have stuck together and the printing has stayed when they were pulled apart.
