- These proclamations and correspondence were held in Government House Grenada until its destruction by Hurricane Ivan in 2004. They were then relocated to the Office of the Governor-General.

- The original hierarchy of the record of Government House was lost during their relocation after Hurricane Ivan in 2004. As part of the EAP295 project, all surviving correspondence and other papers were extracted and then ordered chronologically based on Edward Baker, A guide to records in the Windward Islands (1968).
