Approximately 3,200 (sporadically numbered) entries, ordered broadly thematically rather than alphabetically. Entries on the first page (f.1v): tuhan / ketuhanan / kejadian / memelihara / menguasa / mengetahui / kekalan / untung / malaikat / jiwa nyawa / idupan / dewa / hantu / gergasai / raksasa.
According to a note in Javanese on f.114r, this MS is from Pangeran Suta Adiningrat of Madura.

A (discarded) copy of the first page has been used as the front end-paper, with paste-downs of Javanese dluwang paper. Brown full leather binding with stamped medallions and frames. Back end-paper bears the bookplate of Sir T. Stamford Raffles.
