- Due to the very nature as sacred heirlooms there is no particular system of arrangements. Items are added to the collection at random,and all items are stored in one large container which is kept in the loft of the house of the current caretaker.

- EAP117 was funded by the Endangered Archives Programme. It created digital copies of records held in private collections in Kerinci, Sumatra, Indonesia.
