Hikayat Muhammad Hanafiah, in Malay in Jawi script. MS 'E' in Brakel (1975).
According to the colophon on f.185r, the MS was completed on 29 Jumadilakhir 1220 (25 August 1805), in the year wau, by Muhammad Kasim.
Double decorated rectangular frames on ff.1v-2r contain lotus blossoms shown in profile, with meander scroll borders, and four-petalled flowers at each corner; in red, pink and reserved white. The colophon on f.158r is set within a simple and elegant curved v-shape beginning and ending in a floral flourish, in red ink outlined with black.
Copied by the same scribe as MSS Malay B 12, Hikayat Perang Pandawa Jaya, dated 1804.
