- Scope & Content:
- 16th and 17th Century Manuscripts available, Occupation of the family was performing poojas in the temples. They also own agricultural lands. Presently generation is engaged in government employment, although the Narayanam Namboothiri is retired from Government service. Pullanchery Illam was a famous Brahmin family who were famous literary personalities, Magicians and Tantric for the last 5 centuries. One of their family members Mr. Raman Namboothiri, lived during 1600s is believed to be the author of these manuscripts and the family has considered these manuscripts as ancestral property since then. Subjects include Sanskrit literature, Magics, Tantric literature etc.

- EAP584 was funded by the Endangered Archives Programme. It created digital copies of records held by the Folkand: International Centre for Folklore and Culture in Kerala. It also digitised collections from several local families and the manuscript library at Vidyalaya.
