Begins (f.1v): Bahwa ini bilangan tanah Jawa daripada permulaan datang kepada kesudahannya. Daripada sebab bebal dan hina fakir yang daif ini diduk di dalam masyghulnya kepada dua likur hari bulan Syaaban dan kepada tahun alif dan kepda hari ahad [no year stated]
Ends: Maka sampailah dua tahun lamanya ia diam di Betawi maka Pangeran Purbaya pun kembalilah ke rahmat Allah ta'ala maka disuruh bawa oleh Kompeni akan mait Pangeran Purbaya itu ke Kartasura kemudian maka ditanamkan oleh Susunan akan mait Pangeran Purbaya itu di Kartasura. Demikianlah halnya sampai sekarang ini adanya tamat.
