ªirāì al-mustaqīm. In Malay in Jawi script. A Malay work on fiqh by Nuruddin al-Raniri, composed between AH 1044-1054 (AD 1634-1644).
According to the colophon on f.199v, this MS was copied in the month of Ramadan by orang sa’ut in Lam Tul [in Aceh], probably 19th c.; a note at the top of f.2v reads nanggroe Lam Alinggang.

202 ff., cream European paper, watermark 3 crescents; 230 x 165 mm. Black and brownish-black ink with red rubrics, small cursive hand, 23 lines per page, catchwords. Many wormholes. On f.2v a crude Acehnese-style decorated single headpiece in red and black. Discoloured cotton cloth covers stuck down to endpapers, with a loose plain brown leather wrapper.
