At the top of the scroll is a foliate ornament in black ink, and a diagonal panel containing the repeated shahadah.
Text begins: Bab ini pakaian rasul Allah s.a.w. (followed by repeated letters). Continues: ini cetera daripada badina rasul Allah s.a.w. barang siapa menaruh dia atau memakai dia niscaya dipeliharakan Allah subhanahu wa-ta'ala daripada senjata orang.
Contains magical symbols such as the pentagram and the sign of Fatima.

1 scroll, consisting of 5 pieces of paper glued together, ca. 2850 x 80 mm. Brownish wove paper; no watermarks. Black ink with purple rubrication, decorative foliate ornament at the top of the scroll. Some water damage.
- Custodial History:
- This MS was sent to Dr Russell Jones by Dr Jan Knappert in Holland, in 1995; it had been given to Knappert by Dr Peter Joosting from Voorburg, a colleague from Leiden University, from the collection of his father who had been an Orientalist and collector of Orientalia.
