ff.1r-2r: Ilm al-mantiq, author describes himself as ‘abid al-rahman. In Arabic, poetical text using the rajaz metre on logic; incomplete. 7 lines per page; lacking beginning; colophon on f.2r gives date of copying as Muharam 1309 (August 1891 AD).
ff.2v-9r: al-Barahin, anonymous short text on logic, consisting of two parts, fasal fi al-mufradat, dan fasal fi al-murakkabat. In Arabic.
f.10v: fragment of [first?] text in Arabic, 7 lines, upside down.
ff.11v-32v: Sharh umm al-barahin, by Abu ‘Abd Allah Muhammad Yusuf al-Sanusi; text on theology, incomplete; copying completed on Friday. In Arabic.
ff.33v-44r: Kitab al-rahbiyah fi ilm al-faraid, by Abu ‘Abd Allah Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Muhammad ibn al-Hasan al-Rahbi (d. 1183); text on fiqh with interlinear commentary; note on f.44r: Inilah yang empunya kitab ini arta Teungku Ibrahim adiknya Teungku Sulaiman p.s.a.’.n.
ff.44v-52v: Jawharat al-tawhīd, by Burhān al-Dīn Ibrāhīm Hārūn al-Laqqānī; poetical work on theology, an approved and accredited text of the Sunni Creed in the Ashari school. Written as a poem to facilitate memorizing it. It was composed by Imam Ibrahim al-Laqani al-Maliki in 1041 AH (1631/32 AD) in response to a request from his Sufi mentor.
f.53r: notes in Arabic.
ff.53v-62r: [ilmu Bayan], anonymous text on a poem by al-Tilawwi, discussing Isti'arah dalam ilmu Bayan. Colophon on f.62r: copied on Wednesday on 4 Rabiulawal fi al-dar al-Tirawi … sahibihi Ibrahim al-farabi al-faqir (62v). The first part of this text contains another text in the margins (54r-57v), a commentary (sharh) on a text by al-Imam al-Samarqandi on the same subject. In Arabic.
ff.63r-138v: [Kitah fikih], anonymous text on fiqh (incomplete, lacking beginning and end, but continuous save for the final quire comprising ff. 129r-138v). Appears to be part of a comprehensive work on fiqh, and discusses a.o. laws governing prisoners and war booty, procedures for slaughtering sacrificial animals (al-udhiyah), hukum balap kuda and harvesting, hukum bernazar, with many marginal annotations commenting on the text. In Arabic.
