Contents:
A. ff.1r-14r: Qur’an, extract (S. al-Baqarah, Q.2:8-2.?); incomplete. Note on f.14v: hadha hadiah Qur’an Sing Sih anak Lamtikam Lamki [?]. 11 lines, thumn and rub‘ marked in the margin in red ink.
B. ff.15r-16v: fragment of a text in Arabic; 15 lines
C. ff.17r: colophon of text in Arabic, Anis al-muttaqin by ‘Abd al-Samad ibn Faqih Hasan ibn Faqih Muhammad. Below this is a note of the birth of a son to Teuku Abu of Tanoh Abee on Thursday in Jumadilakhir 1248 (October/November 1832 AD): Adapun daripada hijrat nabi s.a.w. seribu dua ratus empat puluh dualapan tahun pada tahun ba pada hari Khamis pada waktu doha pada bulan Jumadilakhir pada ketika itu maka jadi seorang kanak-kanak laki-laki anak Teuku Abu Tanoh Abee pada negeri bitahaq (b.y.t.a.h.q)
