Seribu maksa, a conversation between the Prophet (Nebi Rasululah) and Sayih Wali Mahemat. Text in South-Sumatran literary Malay in Lampung script (since the MS has a symbol for ĕ (pĕpĕt), the script is Lampung, not rencong).
A typed sheet is present, containing Voorhoeve's revision of the order of the bamboo strips, based upon the same text as found in the National Library of Indonesia, Jakarta, MS E 86.

27 thin strips of bamboo. Dimensions: 255 x 12 mm. 2 lines of script per folio (except for f.1 which one has one line of script), with a decorative border on the left-hand side of each folio. Text on one side of the strip only.
The folio numbers on the reverse of each strip have been positioned inconsistently with respect to the direction of reading of the text.
F.23 is in poor condition, with losses to the verso (without text).
