Handbook on health and medicine for use while travelling or at home, divided into 14 chapters (أبواب) by Raḍī al-Dīn Abū al-Qāsim ‘Alī ibn Mūsá ibn ibn Ja‘far ibn Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad al-Ṭāwūs al-‘Alawī al-Fāṭimī (رضي الدين أبو القاسم علي بن موسى بن جعفر بن محمد بن محمد الطاووس العلوي الفاطمي; d. 1266).
The copy was completed on 28 Dhū al-Ḥijjah 1092/9 January 1682 by Muḥammad ibn Ja‘far ibn Ḥājjī Sulṭān ‘Alī al-Ahdab (محمد بن جعفر بن حاجي سلطانعلي الأهدب), who completed the collation on 7 Muḥarram 1093/16 January 1682 (see colophon, f. 138r, lines 9-17, and collation note, both transcribed below).
