Collection of loose prints in modern window mounts, with original handwritten captions mounted on reverse of prints. Fourteen of the sixteen views in this collection are prints of Lucknow, Kanpur, Delhi, Meerut, Agra and Dehra Dun, made from large-format paper negatives by the husband and wife team of Robert and Harriet Tyler in the immediate aftermath of the Uprising. Prints 1–2 are views of Lucknow made by the commercial firm of Shepherd and Robertson, c.1862.
