Photographs connected with Jerusalem water supplies. Photographer(s): Unknown
- Scope & Content:
-
Collection of six loose prints. Prints 1–3, which are uncaptioned appear to show scenes connected with the visit of an unidentified Ottoman dignitary to Jerusalem. Print 4 appears to relate to the same occasion, which its caption identifies as the opening of the pipeline bringing water from the Pool of Solomon into Jerusalem. Prints 5–6 are also captioned in pencil on the reverse, although much of the captions are difficult to decipher. These also relate to water supplies in Jerusalem.
