Loose prints with identifying captions but in many cases lacking information on precise locations. The material can be broken down into the following categories:

Prints 1-9 Objects in wood and metal made by students of the Government Arts and Crafts School, Lucknow and the Government Central Wood Working Institute, Bareilly.

Prints 10-12 Views at dairy and industrial exhibitions.

Prints 13-16 Scenes in government training schools at Kanpur (textile dyeing and printing), Meerut (leather working) and Jhansi (railway engineering).

Prints 17-22 Views of the Civil Veterinary Department, United Provinces and experimental farm at Nagina.

Prints 23-33 Students at Cawnpore Agricultural College and examples of cattle types (and diseases) in the Central Provinces. Prints 28-33 were sent under letter No. 34358/2471-IV of 3 December 1930, and this might supply more detailed information.

Prints 34-54 Views relating to agricultural research, crop improvements and pest control in the Central Provinces and Berar. Precise locations for the photographs are not supplied, but this group was sent under letter No. C/252/1884-IV of 23 October 1930, and further research in this source might supply more information. This batch also includes two maps and a number of half-tone reproductions of agricultural scenes which have not been catalogued.
