A miscellaneous collection of loose prints, mounted on card, with captions beneath the prints. The majority duplicate photographs in the India Office series (Photo 1000):

Prints 1-24 Views of the cave temples at Ajanta by Robert Gill, c.1868-70. Duplicated in Photo 1000.

Prints 25-38 Views of temples and cave temples (Pandu Lena) in the Nasik District, by David H. Sykes, 1869. Duplicated in Photo 1000.

Prints 39-48 Miscellaneous architectural views by Samuel Bourne, Lala Deen Dayal, E.D. Lyon, etc., 1860s-80s.

Print 49 Portrait of the Maharaja of Bettiah and suite, 1880s.

Prints 50-55 Views of educational establishments and activities at Yeola (Nasik District), Girgaum (Bombay) and Jabalpur, architectural views at Mahabalipuram and two landscape views in the Nilgiris, 1870s-90s.The views of schools were probably intended for inclusion in Photo 1000 (4631-4709), a series of views of educational establishments, but were left out due to the size of the mounts.
